Move over! I've got important documents....

So we got our final prints yesterday. We're extra official now. We had our contractor over to the space to do a walk-thru and interpret the plans for Cy and I.

The plans have been submitted to the building department and we are waiting for them to be ripped apart and sent back. The more "problems" that are identified earlier the better. This will prevent the dreaded "change order" from becoming the albatross around our necks. So far the Health Department has been the friendliest of the bunch, the Building Department can use a little customer service training. But you didn't hear that from me.... they're.actually very nice people (just in case this site is being monitored).

With a little luck we should be getting this thing started by months end. JK
